Nutrition & Weight Loss Counseling

Our nutrition program teaches you health eating behaviors combined with proper supplementation that aids in weight loss, overall nutrition, and wellness.

To begin, each new client completes a health history, which aids the nutrition counselor in understanding your lifestyle, habits, triggers, eating behaviors, motivation, and goals.  You will receive further testing that will measure your body's muscle, fat and water composition.  Armed with this knowledge the nutritional experts will accurately create a unique wellness program for you.

The Dorr Way nutrition and weight loss programs consist of all food groups including carbohydrates, fats, dairy and proteins.  Our professional staff will help you to identify and resolve obstacles on the road to optimum health - such as self-defeating behaviors and emotional eating issues, and therefore develop a healthier relationship with food.

The nutrition specialists at the Center are adept at working with clients who have health challenges such as high cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure.
